Hi
Just a problem with viewing pictues that have been posted.
If there is a string of pictures they turn out small and the birds in them are usuall off centre and only half visible. If I scroll down to the bottom of the post there is a slider which I can move the picture to centre it, but I can't see the picture because it's one of a number and I have to scroll back to the top to see if the adjustment is ok. Having to scroll up and down to view the pictures take the enjoyment out viewing.
Is there an ajustment I can make to my computer to rectify this or is this a site problem.
Many thanks
Mickelmus.

sounds to me as though the resolution of your display is too low
can it be changed to a higher?

At least 1024 x 768 in my opinion

but it is just that , my opinion

Hi

Thanks welshbirds, I have checked the resolution and it is already set at 1024x768.
I remember reading a post some time ago that I think had a similar problem, and i think the advice was to alter the internet settings. but I can't remember what settings to adjust. I'd be grateful of any info on this as it's very irritating when trying to view pictures.

Many thanks

go to the top of the window which you are reading this message in then double left click on the top of that page

This maximises the window to FULL screen

I think this might help

Hi
Just done that, and all it does on this computer is minimize and maximise the screen the same as clicking the middle button on the right top of the screen. Or am I clicking in the wrong place?

It is meant to maximise it

Hi Welshbirds

Just found a solution. When I use Firefox the pictures are full size and no problem. When using Internet explorer the pictures are small and narrow and need the slider bar at the bottom to see the full picture. So I think that makes it a browser problem. Maybe there's an adjustment on Internet explorer that will fix it. If not I'll carry on using Firefox (it's a bit faster anyway)

Many thanks for your advice and patience.

Hya mate, I would say your images are too large, this is why you are getting the scrollbar, edit all images to around 600pix width max and this should be a good size to be able to view the full pick without the need to scroll diagonally.

I believe that the pictures he is on about are all the ones that are on the site Karl

Not entirely sure they are pics he has uploaded

However, I am sure he will let us know!
